Lecturer Travel and Aviation


Newcastle College requires a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified person to take on the role of Lecturer in Travel and Aviation, specifically delivering across Higher Education programs.


The role will support the existing curriculum team as we strengthen the department ensuring high quality of learning across the Travel and Aviation provision in both FE and HE.

The main responsibilities of this role include effective planning, teaching, learning and assessment of higher degree students within this discipline.

Development of skills, behaviours and knowledge and ensuring the curriculum offer is current and relevant. There will also be admin duties to ensure that the department is compliant with any internal or external audits/inspections.


The Travel and Aviation department is a well-respected and positive place to work, where colleagues work effectively together to ensure all stakeholders get the best value from every aspect of the curriculum.
