Description

General maintenance work. Multi Skilled operative needed on a self employed basis.

Vacant and non vacant properties and rentals.

Own tools required although combustibles are provided. Van will also be provided.

Hours can be discussed, earlier starts/earlier finishes and later starts/later finishes. Some weekend work required but can be flexible and can adjust time off in the week or overtime provided.

Multiskilled uses
- carpentry, tiling, plumbing, decoration, landscaping, (brickwork jobs will be labour only at the weekends) patching/plastering, like for like electrical swaps ie general maintenance.

Money can be reviewed frequently, looking for someone who will grow with us as a business.

Ideally looking for someone to progress rapidly from operative to manager who will carry out quotes using a proforma templated document with potential to manage other operatives - must have good communication skills, customer facing attitude and a willingness to progress.

Salary will be reflected on performance.
