Sales Administrator

Full-time, Permanent

£26,000 - £27,500

Monday - Friday
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in
Evesham, Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office/Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a Permanent basis due to expansion within the department.


Duties:


  • Processing product orders.
  • Processing invoices for the sales transactions.
  • Supporting the sales force.
  • Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to and from customers and suppliers.
  • Communicating internally and reporting customers feedback.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Hard working.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Full driving license

  • Assist with data entry and data management using various software programs
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

  • Provide support to other team members as needed
