Role:
Customer Service Representative


Salary:
£22,050 to £25,625 OTE* including £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.


Location:
Liverpool City Centre with Hybrid working available


Working hours: 37.5 hours a week between 8:00am and 19:30pm Monday to Saturday on a three-week rolling rota. You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00am and 17.30pm.

Flexible working and part time arrangements are also available, speak to us about your preferred working hours.

We are looking for Insurance Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have empathetic customer service skills, providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? Then this would be the role for you


What you will be doing:


  • Assisting customers to make changes to customers insurance policies.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about their insurance policy.
  • Helping with customer queries over direct debit payments.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs, working to deliver good outcomes for our customers displaying strong consumer duty practices.
  • Putting your training into practice to ensure that all FCA compliance procedures are always followed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

  • With in house coaching and buzz sessions keep their product and finance services knowledge up to date.
  • Capable of achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Organised and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic and selfmotivated and who understands the importance of their role and the role of others in their team.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
