The team work very closely with each other, and are looking to hire a conscientious, experienced recruitment professional to join them.

The Role:
You will focus on mid-senior level roles in the Investment Banking and Distribution sector. You will work in a 360-billing role where you will build rapport with clients to understand their business needs. You will use your experience and market knowledge to meet the business needs of your client.

As a senior member of staff you will support the team to ensure targets are achieved and will offer training or assistance when required.

About You:

Must have at least 3 years of agency Recruitment experience within any professional service sector (Financial Services experience desirable but not essential)

Key for our Client is being a team player, and being able to work collaboratively with the ability to show lots of drive and deliver a high quality recruitment service
Desire to provide solutions and solve problems
Enjoys building new relationship and expanding your network
Excellent attention to detail
Benefits:

A generous base salary of up to 65k
