Nustaff are currently recruiting for a large retail company in Treforest for full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Customer Support Centre.

WHAT WE OFFER
£11.00 per hour basic hourly rate (£21,164 PA)

37 hours weekly Monday to Friday.

Various shifts available between 07:
hours.

The role will include initial training and support

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for self-thriving, problem solvers who aren't shy to learn and work with multiple systems and tools. Prior experience working within customer support is desired. Necessary training will be provided during onboarding.

Excellent communication skills and driven selfmotivation to find the right solutions for our customers
The ability to build good rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy confidently over phone
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience using IT tools and a strong attention to detail
Inherent professionalism and working independently in a team
Willingness to learn and grow within a changing environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Meet Contact Centre standards, KPIs and desired service levels
Complete preventative customer resolution administration tasks
Receive ongoing coaching to enable you to meet and delight our customers
