Experience of working in a high volume, customer focused role would be beneficial, but not essential & previous sales experience or knowledge of the housing sector could be beneficial, but again, not essential

Our Recruitment Consultants need to be:

Ambitious
Selfmotivated
A good communicator
Well organised
Have good IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Have high attention to detail

Training:

There will be handson job training provided from day
You will be working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments and working from home opportunities are available on Fridays
You'll have the opportunity to learn from others, shadow/ask questions.
