Description
We are currently actively recruiting for 3 Learning Support Assistants to work in the Woolton area.

You will be supporting children with Moderate Learning Difficulties from ages 11-16 to help them access formal academic qualifications, as well as supporting their personal development.


Duties:


  • Supporting the class Teacher with safe and effective delivery of lessons including managing behaviour
  • Provide holistic support to pupils in order to develop social & emotional skills
  • Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other team members regarding student progress and needs

Experience:


  • Preferably previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults
  • Knowledge of childhood development and educational strategies
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children succeed

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£76.00-£90.00 per day
