HR Assistant
About El Marsh
El Marsh is a care company that specializes in delivering 24-hour quality care to both the people living in their own home and those living in the companies comfortable and secure homes.
They offer a variety of care options from short and long-term residential care, to supported living for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and other complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Complying with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy in all activities and ensuring its fully implemented in the teams supported
- Accurately maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring they are up to date and comply with GDPR
- Coordinating and delivering training to employees when requires in order to fill gaps in knowledge
- Delivering recruitment including onboarding and employee life cycle
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinate employee surveys
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Assist in payroll preparations by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leavers, etc.)
- IT, software knowledge

Monday to Friday:
Weekend availability
Desirable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD qualified, or working towards
- An understanding of HR processes
- Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £11,128.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
