We are looking for experienced Support Workers, within Birmingham to join our bank staff team.We are an established Home which is currently offering support to Young people.
General duties include, but not limited to:
- Support young people to get back into Education or Employment
- Undertake key working duties
- Deep Cleaning of the home during the night
- Report directly to the Home Manager

The Young people that we take on are from a mixture of backgrounds, with arrange of additional needs which can include Emotional/ behavioural difficulties, County Lines, LD, ASD and Mental Health Disorders, ECT.
What we are looking for:
- You will have experience working with Young people or Children (not Nursery) _Essential_
- Experience working in a residential setting _Desirable_
- NVQ or equivalent in Child Care, Level 2 or 3 in Children and young people, level 3 in Youth Work Practice (or willing to work towards) SPONSORED COURSES ARE OFFERED AFTER A SUCCESS PROBATION PERIOD) _Essential_
- Caring, compassionate with a willingness to be part of a dynamic progressive company that strives to achieve the best for its young people, Children and staff.
- Own Vehicle _Desirable_
