Learning & Talent Management Lead

  • The Learning & Talent Management Lead is responsible for program and ILM Centre management of leadership development programs globally, as well as the L&TM of GWS Europe which comprises of 5,000+ employees; partnering with Europe People teams to support and deliver on a range of L&TM projects and programs.
We offer a hybrid flexible work environment, based out of our London Head Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, maintain and quality assure the centre approval for delivery and award of ILM 3 (Institute of Leadership & Management) qualifications C.500 delegates per year including delivery in local language.
  • Line management of a team of a facilitators located globally
  • Lead and program manage the delivery of externally delivered ILM programs for a global audience at scale c.£2 million value
  • Oversee and support the delivery of a contract manager program for a global audience
  • Be the L&TM lead and Business Partner for GWS Europe, which will include representing L&TM at any/all relevant meetings and being their trusted advisor for all matters regarding L&TM.
  • Act as the interface to GWS Europe and the broader L&TM team and therefore be aware of and be able to navigate and recommend from the broader L&TM agenda
  • Think strategically to ensure the leadership offering remains in line with business and external trends on leadership development whilst bringing and selling innovation to key stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of the L&TM elements of the global People roadmap in GWS Europe to ensure that the L&TM offering is fit for purpose & delivered effectively
  • Deliver (and design where appropriate) training as requested by relevant business stakeholders
  • Ensure all aspects of the Talent Management process are delivered for Europe.

Person Specification

  • Large scale L&TM program management
  • Leadership Development experience
  • Experience of acting as a Business Partner and trusted advisor
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix style business, where flexibility and pragmatism are needed more than perfection
  • Leadership experience of a small team of experts
  • Gravitas and personal impact
  • Able to command the respect of the team and a range of business partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially savvy, able to connect L&TM to the needs of the business
