HR Manager - Brigg - Up to £45,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working closely with a global, highly successful niche manufacturer who are seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to head up one of their North Lincolnshire sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated HR professional to work within a growing business.

You'll be working closely with the business leaders in order to provide excellent development and execution across all HR functions - overseeingthe sites policies, processes and procedures.

You'll provide HR strategy tactics that will support and enhance the sites talent, culture and functionality.


HR Manager Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing and managing the sites recruitment process through to onboarding and retention
  • Providing effective and clear training for all site leadership on the HR systems and practices
  • Working closely with the leadership team to manage and investigate ER matters
  • Utilising data and management feedback to accurately define current/future workforce needs
  • Ensuring the HR system is accurately maintained and upholds integrity
  • Identifying L&D opportunities and supporting the implementation of improvement
  • Supporting business core values and culture, promoting an overall positive experience for employees by piloting engagement and change management
  • Providing input towards benefits and developments
  • Heading up the performance management process

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in HR or Organisational Development
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Sound working knowledge of HR processes
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone position
  • Ability to build and develop relationships business wide
  • Selfstarter with excellent organisational skills
