The Supplier Assurance Specialist is responsible for managing and assuring supplier activity in excess of £100m of spend per annum supporting BTs largest customer contracts in defence and directly contributing to the annual cost transformation target in contract management.

What you'll be doing

Leads supplier cost transformation activity across both public and private sectors in contract management.
Contributes to delivery of contract management P&L targets.
Identifiication of new CT opportunities in conjunction with procurement, contract management, partner management, sales, other functional teams.
Coordinates and evaluates cost optimisation opportunities and assesses underlying risk, making recommendations on strategy working with key stakeholders.
Produces weekly MIS reporting on cost transformation activity across contract management.
Accountable for the development of key customer supplier cost transformation plans, inlife and WNB.
Leads business change to deliver optimised supplier spend.
Responsible for delivery of cost savings to CPS over the medium term.

The succesful role holder will be required to be SC cleared.
