What will you be doing?

The role will involve identifying customer technical and business requirements and translating them into sustainable network designs as well as consulting with technical teams about capabilities and supporting the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

Act as the lead technical IP networks advisor to the project team providing specialist technical expertise across IP networking technologies
Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation to the customer and internal teams
Support the delivery of network solutions combining multiple IP based products and technologies
Manage key suppliers and vendors

Who are we looking for?

Extensive experience of network design, development and implementation
A comprehensive technical knowledge of IP, MPLS, encryption and network security technologies
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate concisely and effectively
Hands on experience of switching, routing and security products and MPLS networks
Experience of deploying managed encryption services desirable but not essential
Must have or be able to obtain DV Clearance
