Business Change Manager with excellent business acumen, change management and first-class communication skills.


What you will be doing:

You will be joining the newly established,
Strategic Transformation team. The team reports to the CFO and works closely with the CEO on strategic priorities. We are an inclusive, passionate and focused team with expertise from an array of sectors.
Our goal is to drive business simplification by building trusted partnerships and delivering successful and sustainable business-wide transformation.
Your role will report to the Director of Simplification and will have three key areas of focus:1.
Critical Path Delivery - you will project manage the delivery of critical work packages across the Business Simplification program.

You will manage dependencies on the process and digital delivery, ensuring that our partners have clear priorities,and requirements and deliver to the agreed quality and time.

Business Readiness - you will work with Process Owners to ensure that our business is ready to adopt the proposed changes.

Initiatives will include both simple and complex changes spanning People, Processes and Systems.

Change Communications - you will ensure changes are communicated to maximise adoption.

You will create engaging narratives to introduce new initiatives, supported where appropriate with clear and concise progress and release messaging, deliveredvia the most appropriate channel.


What you will bring to the role?:

  • 3 years+ of project management experience with a proven track record delivering cross-functional business delivery using agile or similar methodology.
  • Certified project manager via one or more of the following: Prince2, PMI (Project Management Institute), APM (Association for Project Management), CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Experienced in preparing impacted teams for change including establishing success criteria, completing impact assessments, providing training, creating suitable process/policy/guidelines documentation, and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Proven background in developing and delivering structured and reusable change communications including facetoface and remote delivery, for varying audiences (team huddle to department meeting), using presentations, FAQs and company communication channels.
  • Experienced in working in a Process Mining Centre of Excellence would be beneficial as would Six Sigma or Lean Methodologies
  • A natural problem solver who breaks down complex problems, identifies root causes and executes action plans to address and sustain improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building partnerships at all levels.
  • Highly resilient and determined with an appetite for driving delivery.
  • Adaptive and flexible. Capable of working in ambiguity and initiating/delivering change in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for making complex, simple
