As our Payroll Administrator you will enjoy:
- Salary £12,500
- £17,500 (equates to £25,000
- £28,000 full time salary)
- 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year to 27 days (prorated if working less than 5 days per week)

Have you got what it takes to be our Payroll Administrator?
- Previous experience of inputting/processing payroll is advantageous but not essential
- High attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills plus advanced Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
- Team orientated demonstrating positive attitudes/behaviours
- Proactive approach to problem solving and able to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a small SME would be highly advantageous
What you'll be doing as our Payroll Administrator:
- Inputting data from weekly temporary workers timesheets
- Ensuring all temporary worker holiday pay requests and P45, SSP requests are processed with accuracy
- Dealing with all payroll related queries and paperwork
- Producing payroll data reports to send to our external payroll company
- Checking accuracy of payroll reports and authorising the weekly BACS transactions
- Preparing other weekly and monthly management reports/audits
- Keeping up to date with any legislation changes in relation to the payroll function
- Providing relevant and useful information to company directors as and when required
