On behalf of an industry-leading and internationally renowned business based in Lutterworth, we're currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis as a Property Administrator.
Salary, benefits and hours of work:
- £12.31 per hour
- Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 at home
- Free parking
- Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch
Duties and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers and suppliers for all property and facilities related matters
- Maintaining the Property & Facilities mailbox and actioning any requests as well as dealing with diary management for the team
- Managing property and supplier documents, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Developing and maintaining processes and procedures and creating templates to support the business
- Collating and producing KPI information to measure property and facilities department performance
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as well as managing property purchase orders, invoices and request forms
- Interface with relevant depot and office staff to ensure full support of property and facilities requests, processes and works
- Organising, coordinating and maintaining regulatory compliance and planned preventative maintenance inspections, works and records
- Obtaining quotations for property maintenance, repairs, alterations and fit out works
- Managing Head Office and depot furniture moves, including the ordering of new furniture where required
Skills and experience required:
- Experience within a property or facilities background is desirable
- Previous experience in a professional services office environment
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail
- Excellent and effective communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Intermediate IT user with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Is highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude and has the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organised and can use their initiative
- Experience of running the execution process of documents, organising all approvals and tracking and reporting progress to appropriate stakeholders
