Do you have excellent leadership skills and an eye for detail? If the answer is yes, this could be the role for you


The Service Agreement Team perform a key function in Adult Social Care Financial Services; as Team Leader you will be providing support and supervision to the team while overseeing the day to day running of the service ensuring the team meet deadlines and work within departmental policy and legislation.


You will provide detailed advice and guidance in relation to Financial Services support functions to external and internal customers, and ensure high levels of customer service are consistently achieved.


  • Highly organised
  • Able to prioritise their workload and monitor the quality of the work of others
  • Experienced in providing effective supervision
  • Able to manage constant and conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to confidently make and explain complex decisions with reference to policy and guidance.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
