MBA are looking for a Claims Team Manager, who will be responsible for the growth of their Property Claims Team.

The client is one of the largest global insurance companies with a reputation for first-class claims management.

The Claims Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the team, including performance management, MI & reporting, HR matters, client escalations and development.

In return The Claims Team Manager, you can expect a salary up to £45,000 (DOE), 25 days paid annual leave, hybrid working, contributory pension, life assurance, options medical & dental schemes plus more.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Team Management development, HR, work allocation
  • Measure performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Act as an escalation point for the client
  • Produce regular MI & Reports
  • Quality Control
What we're looking for from a Claims Team Manager;

  • Previous Management experience, ideally within an insurance background
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team
  • Excellent communication skills and emphasis on client satisfaction
  • Agile approach to working with ability to problem solve
  • Organisation skills and ability to manage multiple actions concurrently
