Human Resources Assistant Regent's Park Healthcare Limited


REPORTS TO:

1) Operations Managers, RPH

2) Operations Director, RPH

3) Chief Executive Officer, RPH


LOCATION:

Close Gate House, 47 High Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2PB


JOB OBJECTIVE:

To provide Human Resources support to Regent's Park Healthcare and its operating companies.


HOURS:

37.5hrs per week

Normally 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Flexibility may be required to support our services. This would however be discussed and agreed with you in advance. We expect there will be no requirement to work weekends or Bank Holidays without prior & mutual agreement.


REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

£26,000 - £32,000

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WOULD IDEALLY HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor role. Experience in professional services would be advantageous.
  • Commercial understanding of the business and how HC can enhance performance via the people agenda
  • Technically curious desire to develop own digital intelligence and capabilities, and support the adoption of technologies to support the business and People Solutions
  • Ability to embrace opportunities for change that can add value to People Solutions, the business and align to the firm's people strategy
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, to manage high volumes of work, often within tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan ahead within the cyclical calendar to provide proactive HR support to the business
  • High standard of written documentation, and previous experience of producing professional and robust letters and reports
  • Communicate/interact effectively with employees while displaying empathy and courtesy
  • Strong interpersonal/consulting skills, working effectively at all levels of the organisation

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

To assist with the Human Resources function for all RPH facilities and staff. There will also be the requirements to support our operations and finance teams for a variety of company‐wide projects.

In no particular order, the type of responsibilities and duties are outlined below:

  • Partner with the Hiring Managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service.
  • Development of recruitment strategies in cooperation with Hiring Managers.
  • Always adhering to governance and compliance of our resourcing processes.
  • Responsible for onboarding of new starters and preemployment checks.
  • Ensure all HR records are maintained and to support Hiring Managers with annual appraisals.
  • Assisting in the preparation of any regulatory or compliance data required.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
  • Inform Human Resources Management of issues related to employee relations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents).
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to senior management.
  • Leadership of the selection process using different selection methods internal and external i.e. online psychometrics and cognitive reasoning.
  • Full management of the offer process in line with Total reward guidelines and Hiring Manager.
  • Talent mapping and provide external insights to help shape resourcing needs and business thinking.
  • Collaborating on local and regional projects.
