Field Care Supervisor/ Care-Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join the expanding Wood Green Branch as a Field Care Supervisor/Care Coordinator. You will need to be a confident care coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running.

Your role as a field Care Supervisor/ Care-Coordinator


As a field Care Supervisor/Care Coordinator, your role would be to support the delivery of the highest quality care services by carrying out a range of functions in the field and the office in Wood Green.

You will be responsible for carrying out assessments, spot checks, reviews, one to one supervisions and appraisals.


You are required to:


Plan and assist the Manager and Director of Care in the delivery of all required care services within their given area.

Maintain effective communication between the local office, local authority, private customers, and external agencies.

Ensure continuity of care provision through effective contingency plans.

To be an integral part of the Branch office team.

Ability to work under pressure with or without supervision & according to business demand.

Be there for emergencies to accept packages and assess immediately, according to business demand & business development.

Other duties will be discussed during interview process & job description.


Experience and Qualification:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Field Care Supervisor

  • Essential
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator

  • Essential
Must have clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Essential

Experience in Staffplan and CM2000
  • Essential
This role involves a lot of travel. Therefore, driving is desirable but not a requirement.

On-call duties is required 2 weekends in a month.


Your shift pattern will include 3 days of spot check, assessment, reviews, and you will also spend 2 days in the office completing your administrative work (This will be at the managers discretion).

Ability to deal with high volume of work.
