Description
Assisting in the smooth running of a small office.


All inquiries are received direct from our website, telephone or from existing clients, there is
NO Cold Calling, we are a reactive Sales Office.


The Role:

Assisting the directors with their projects from the initial inquiry, through design, production process and final installation.
-
Experience of project administration either within a design or manufacturing setting would be beneficial.

Project Executive Responsibilities:


  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Working with third party suppliers often in Asia to provide products and services for your projects
  • Communicating with the end customer on a regular basis to maintain confidence in the product and the delivery schedule
  • Managing resources and equipment required for your projects and installations
  • Maintaining an effective project audit trail

People Management:


  • Working Directly with the Project Directors
  • Working with a small in house installation and events team
  • Direct contact and costing negotiations with suppliers both in the UK and Asia
  • Communicating effectively with clients and suppliers

Financial Management:


  • Managing projects to budget
  • Reviewing project profitability and margin performance

About You:

Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.

Good telephone manner.

Good organisational skills.

Ability to multi-task on up to 10-15 projects form basic administration, costings - through to contract negotiations.


A good understanding of all office-based programs is required along with Sage, Adobe and Social media platforms for commercial use.


You will be personally responsible for your own projects, but also required to assist the director with elements of their projects, as well as covering for the director during holiday periods etc.

Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 4pm finish on Fridays.
