Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daytoday bookkeeping and monthly reporting
Prepare financial analysis, management reports and annual budgets
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control

- create internal accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures

Evaluate business performance and prepare variance analysis
Review and manage the cashflow of the company
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for tax and other compliance matters as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
5 years or above of proven experience in an accountant or financial related role in a similar environment in UK
Must be eligible to work in the UK
CPA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
Knowledge of FCA regulations is a plus
Previous experience in bank, funds or investment company is preferred
Excellent analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detailoriented, organised and selfmotivated
Ability to work in a fastpace environment, multitask, prioritize works and meet deadline
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to speak or write Chinese is a plus
