We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our highly successful team to further develop our service offering to new businesses across the Midlands.


We are a firm of accountants & business advisers, who operate from five offices in the Midlands and have 34 Partners and Directors and over 200 staff.

As Business Development Executive you will be primarily responsible for carrying out telesales activity, developing customer relationships with prospective targets and clients and maintaining our CRM systems to support the Dains Group telemarketing activities,including the execution of mailing campaigns and ensuring consistency of communication and follow up with all departments involved.


You will be arranging meetings for Partners to meet with potential new clients, dealing with follow up meetings, exploring new lead opportunities and researching new prospects.


Key Responsibilities as Business Development Executive:

  • You will be responsible for the cleansing of databases for telemarketing campaigns and additional promotional campaigns required by the Dains Group.
  • Arranging of new and potential client meetings.
  • You will responsible for executing the data input and update of data.
  • You will be responsible for executing the distribution of mailing campaigns required by the Dains Group.
  • You will be responsible for collating relevant information & research of prospective clients.
