Location:

The role location is based on our hybrid working policy with regular working in the Offices in London (Euston) up to 2 days per week working from home/remotely available.


Salary:
£32-42k DOE


Our client are a fast growing, wholly independent Strategic Consultancy business specialising in Marketing Technology Strategy (MarTech), Transformation, Organisational Change, Managed Marketing Services and Resourcing Services.

Over the past 7 years our client have successfully partnered with successful Brands, Advertising & Production Agencies and Technology companies, delivering enterprise scale technology and marketing transformation programs across sectors such as, FMCG, Pharma, Telco, Retail, Travel, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, Public Sector, Marketing & Advertising Agencies and Technology Vendors.


In the last 3 years they have focused on expanding of their business across their service lines, and have successfully acquired new Global clients.

SEO specialist_ to join their expanding team to help take them to the next level in their growth journey and to support the marketing services they provide to their clients directly.


As a digitally orientated SEO specialist, you will act as both an internal and external consultant, supporting development and implementation of the teams growth and SEO strategy, whilst also having the opportunity to work on their clients SEO strategies and services.


This role will help develop and expand their internal & external marketing capabilities, building on the existing capabilities and team they have in place already.

The existing team consists of 1.5 committed and talented marketeers, who between them have a broad mix of B2B marketing skills.

This new role will help establish their SEO function and be instrumental in the execution / delivery of SEO.

The Skills & Capabilities You'll Need from Day 1
You will be passionate about all things SEO, an analytical thinker with a performance driven mindset.

You'll be up to date on the latest best practices in SEO and will be responsible for all SEO activities including link building and keyword strategy, as well as analysing existing website content and suggesting improvements.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to drive results and generate leads


Strategy/Communication/Content

  • Conduct regular SEO audits to analyse performance of links, keywords, URL's and digital content.
  • Refresh and optimise existing content and recommend new SEO opportunities.
  • Develop high level SEO Lead Gen strategy plan to meet T6 and external client goals with focus on Link & URL building, key words, content strategy, website optimisation & PPC
  • Monitor and review search results performance and align SEO strategy to improve results and rankings.
  • Experienced in managing a range of Digital marketing/SEO software such as Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, screaming frog, Search Metrics, SEMrush, MOZ & Search Console
  • Ensure client product launches and feature releases perform well at initiation through SEO streamlining.
  • Work with wider marketing team to optimise blog posts, articles and long form content on internal and client websites and digital channels.

Reporting/Research/Analysis

  • Research and react to new opportunities, trends, updates, and algorithm advancements.
  • Read and keep up to date with industry blogs/news and keep the wider marketing team updated on SEO trends and topics.
  • Providing technical and contentbased improvement recommendations for clients
  • Conduct regular website performance analysis and identify key metrics to update clients through monthly reports.
  • Conduct regular SEO performance analyses to monitor progress and identify and recommend areas for improvement
