Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Tadley

A leading, legal 500 firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join their Tadley office.


Main duties include:

  • Preparing and finalising contract packs
  • Ordering searches and reviewing the results
  • Preparing reports on title
  • Progressing cases from exchange to completion including all associated administration
  • Dealing with the post completion aspectsof transactions
  • Responding and dealing with Land Registry enquiries
  • Undertaking file reviews

The successful Conveyancer will be a qualified fee earner with experience in residential property and have the ability to manage a varied caseload of residential property transaction from inception to registration.

As well as have experience of dealing withfreehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
