Job description

  • Are you an experienced housing professional or interested in working in the sector? Are you passionate about preventing homelessness and supporting people to find suitable homes? Then we'd love you to join us.
  • Oxford City Council has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and conscientious individual to play a key role as an Housing Options Officer in the Housing Needs Team.
  • As an housing professional, you will deliver excellent customer service, with a cando and solution focussed attitude, whilst working to tight deadlines. You will provide housing advice and guidance to prevent homelessness, help people find suitable homes and deal with tenancy sustainment problems.
  • Our team is responsible for the complete housing needs service and if you have the energy and enthusiasm to make a contribution then we'd love to hear from you.
