About Our Client:
As Finance Assistant, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to; Processing and preparing financial statements, overseeing client accounts that require their attention, creating invoices to send out, following up with clients, ensure all Accounts receivable and payable transactions are processed and accounted for within agreed times and parameters, maintain required checks and reconciliations on primary accounting systems and other controls such as spreadsheets as required, pursue all queries on invoices, particularly those which cannot be posted on a first time basis, perform regular reconciliations to supplier statements to ensure all transactions are reliably processed and payments made on a timely basis, other administrative duties such as filing and post etc.
The Successful Applicant:
Will be immediately available to start the role or a reduced notice period
Will hold relevant experience for this position
Will be open to a 12 month contract
What's on Offer:
Monday - Friday role, 8:00am-5:00pm + Fixed contract of 12-Months + 33 days annual - inclusive of 8 days bank holidays + Free parking on site + Salary paying up to £26,000 + Fantastic company to work for
