Your Role as a Community Safety Officer**In this pivotal year, as a Community Safety Officer you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance to enhance their experience with us. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every resident feels truly at home.


What You Will Bring:


  • Providing an excellent community safety service, managing and resolving a range of cases of antisocial behaviour.
  • Achieving excellent levels of communication and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively reducing antisocial behaviour to improve neighbourhoods and sustain tenancies by being a visible presence in your area.
  • Managing and achieving key performance targets.
  • Being resilient and an effective problem solver with a strong customer focus
  • Working as one team with colleagues within the Group and more widely with partners/local networks including police and social services.
