Job Title:
Production Operative Supervisor


Location:
Hoddesdon


Hours:
Monday - Friday (40 hours - chose your hours)


Contract:
Permanent


Salary:
£26k per year

On a daily basis the Production Supervisor prepares fresh batches of cocktail blends in a food grade environment. They are hands on, weighing, lifting and then blending before filling, capping and packaging through a semi-automatic filling line. They make sure every recipe is built to deadline and tasting to specification.


Job Description:


  • Producing, numerous recipes to a weekly schedule in a handson drink kitchen
  • Measuring, accurately weighting wet + dry ingredients
  • Lifting, above head height and no stranger to 25kg daily
  • Cleaning, ensuring cleaning standards throughout shift across all equipment
  • Filling + capping, running a 1000 bottle / per hour semiautomatic production line
  • Team, working alongside a tight team of 3 4 in the kitchen
  • Packaging, labelling + case building
  • Flexibility, helping when called upon in other departments
  • Improving, by asking why + spotting areas of improvement
  • Attention to detail, repeatably crossing the t's and dotting the i's across all tasks

Job Skills:

  • Leading, shift running in the absence of the Production Manager
  • Batch running, ensuing set process is adhered to every batch
  • Food safety standards, enforcing high level of standards to EHO + SALSA accreditations
  • Recipe sheets, infilling timely + accurately
  • The production pack, the oracle guide of cleaning + monthly tasks, enforcing timely + accurately infilling
  • Critical Control Points (CCP), enforcing standards on every batch
