    Dissertation Supervision Opportunity in Business and Tourism Management

    We are seeking highly qualified individuals to support students through the process of writing their dissertations. This is a unique opportunity to work with adult learners from diverse backgrounds and contribute to changing lives through education.

    Key responsibilities will include defining research questions, advising on methodologies, guiding literature reviews, providing structured feedback on dissertation drafts and monitoring progress. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that dissertations meet academic standards and promote inclusive learning environments.

    • Demonstrate expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodology as well as statistical programmes and secondary data analysis.

    You must hold a Master's degree in a related discipline area and have demonstrable experience in academic research and supervision. We also require knowledge of research ethics, methodologies, conventions for academic writing; strong interpersonal skills; IT literacy using Microsoft packages – specifically Excel;
