Recruitment Consultant Roles in South Manchester

£20,000 - £25,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

6 months + Sales or Recruitment experience desirable

The Role
- interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- organising interviews and selection events
- planning for the advertisement of vacancies
- helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- building relationships with clients.


The Benefits

  • Basic salary between £20k £25k (depending on experience)
  • Up to 25% commission plus quarterly kickers and bonuses.
