Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Picker/Packer Warehouse Operative to join their Warehouse team at their Coventry, Puma Park site.

The role of Warehouse Operative:

Duties will specifically cover the following areas:

Picking sales orders accurately ensuring hourly picking targets are met
Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record pickings and bin movements
Driving low level order picker to transport picked goods to dispatch area
Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
Notifying supervisor or management of any errors or stock discrepancies
Housekeeping duties as per rota

The shift pattern for this role is 14:00pm-22:00pm Monday-Friday (non-rotating)

Key Skills and Operational Requirements:

Experienced warehouse worker
Physically fit
Selfdisciplined
Numerate and literate
Good communication skills
Have a great eye for detail

What you'll get:

Basic hourly rate of £10.80 plus a bonus of £250 per month based on 100% attendance _(Hourly rate with bonus £12.34)_
20 Days holiday, in addition to bank holidays
