What will you be doing?

  • To ensure consistency in all Administrative processes across the whole team
  • To ensure a quality induction programme is in place for all new Administrators
  • To manage all direct reports including objective setting, individual development plans, recruitment and performance management
  • To conduct regular 121s and team meetings with the Administration Team
  • To provide administrative support to the Director
  • To ensure administration cover is provided for any management team meetings
  • To oversee the administration of the comments and complaints procedure
  • Ensure required reports are submitted in accordance with deadlines
  • Ensure Complaints/Comment responses adhere to contract deadlines
  • Oversee the effective running of the maintenance database
  • To oversee the administration of the asbestos booking service
  • To carry out regular reviews of internal processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • To ensure Document Control of the Integrated Management System

What are we looking for?

  • 3 years experience of working as a PA and/or supporting senior management team members
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role which involved customer contact
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence is essential for this position
