As a specialist in residential block management company, we require an office/accounts administrator to work as part of a small team under the direction of the Property Manager.
As we are a paperless office, good I.T. skills are an advantage
The duties will include
- Keeping records updated and accurate
- Take calls and updating records accordingly
- Helping to prepare monthly reports and accounts
- Loading bank payments
Requirements:
- Effective numeracy and data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good skills in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and grasp the urgency of departmental activities
- Ability to multitask without losing focus
- Have an excellent command of English as written and spoken language.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Demonstrate sound work ethics
- Help handling debtors
- Can work independently
- Problem analysis and solving
- Fast learner and can do attitude
