XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for professional music producers to join the XS Entertainment music production roster.

We are looking for up and coming world class music producers who have extensive experience in all aspects of music and music production.

You will be producing music for music artists, TV, film, media and much more.

Having experience in the following would be highly desirable:

Bachelors Degree in music preferred (Not essential)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in music production
Knowledgable in all aspects of music and sound recording
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
Outgoing personality and ability to discuss music both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of the music and media landscape
Passion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban culture
Big ideas and the belief that anything is possible
Ability to work with others in a positive and productive manner
