Job description

• Maintaining a 'handson' role including but not limited to:
• Picking the correct components from the warehouse and preparing for assembly.
• Assembly of the product
• Operating the Industrial Sewing Machine
• Packing Finished Goods.
• Ensuring regular 'in process' quality inspections are being undertaken.
• Creation of Production Records
• Create Serial Number Labels
• Take Care of The Production Machines
• Inspect and report.

Quality:

• Support The Production Manager in order to
• Check incoming deliveries for:
• Ordered Quantities
• Correct Materials
• Correct Quality Level (Specification)
• Report Results to Management.
• Identify and Quarantine Reject Stock

Warehouse:

• To support the Production Manager to ensure good 'housekeeping', maintain good stock accuracy and location of parts in the warehouse.

Shipping:

• Ensure outbound freight weights and dimensions are correct.
• Identify and Book domestic shipments via chosen courier
• Pass on details for overseas booking to Management
• Complete Delivery Notes

• Adherence to the Companies Health and Safety Policy
• Reporting Any Health & Safety Issues to the Managing Director without Delay
• Support New Members of Staff
• To Support Continuous Improvement Activities Within the Business.
• To Carry out any other reasonable request from Senior Management in support of the Company.

£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
