Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daytoday administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for technicians.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and team members.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Handle general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Prior knowledge of CRM systems an advantage but not essential
