  • Effective management of customer accounts
  • Timely collection of payments and resolution of payment discrepancies
  • Regular preparation and presentation of reports on accounts receivable
  • Close collaboration with the sales team to ensure credit risk is minimized
  • Continuous improvement of credit control processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Active participation in team meetings and contributing to team goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar role
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
