Out client is a major food manufacturer that requires a dynamic and focused site Operations Manager


The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations the Operations Manager will be responsible for

  • Full site ownership
  • Audits, Health & Safety, external visitors
  • Production and Production Planning
  • People and performance management of your direct reports
  • Engineering
  • Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
  • Dispatch and Stores
  • Cost control
  • Directing and coordinating activities

You

  • Factorybased food manufacturing experience ideally in fresh produce
- currently operating as a production manager looking to make the exciting career step into Site Manager

  • Have the potential to drive the site's success
  • Have a background in production
  • BRC (British Retail Consortium) Audits
