Hours of work:
2:50 - 3:50 pm or 3:00 - 4:00 pm or 3:30 - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday (A minimum of 2 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and register your group
- Ensure all children are dressed appropriately for the session
- Provide a fun and safe sports session
- Set up and pack down your session
- Dismiss your children
- Confidently deal with any behaviour challenges, first aid or incidences as they arise, recording appropriately and relaying information to parents, the school and the company
- Ensure all spaces used by the club are packed away properly and equipment is returned
- Complete a session feedback form and send it to your line manager
- Have a desire and passion to coach and care for children
- Be able to inspire and encourage children to be involved in sports and activity
- Be an enthusiastic and vibrant individual
- Be a clear and coherent communicator
- Be able to control and use effective behaviour strategies when required.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid enhanced DBS
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Safeguarding Certificate
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Basic First Aid Certificate
- Hold or be willing to obtain a level 2 Sports Coaching Qualification
- The right to work in the UK
- Be at least 18 years old
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-10 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£15.00 per hour
