COMPANY
EXOR Capital II is a fund management subsidiary of EXOR NV, the listed conglomerate. Exor Capital II manages a public and two private equity funds business with a team based in London. The funds invest in US, EU, and Asia.

ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close.

Responsibilities will include -

Financial analysis, valuation, and modelling with focus mainly on European markets
Industry / thematic research and competitive analysis
Prepare presentations on portfolio positioning, performances and strategies to be discussed with

- management

The analyst can expect to work on numerous projects at a time in various investment opportunities. The

- opportunity sets span various stages of the business lifecycle in growing segments of the economy.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of relevant work experience within an Asset Management, Investment Bank or Brokerage
Firm
High level of competence with respect to financial analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in the English language
Ability to speak another European language is desirable

Ability to work under pressure
High degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations
Team working skills
