Our client is a leading estate agency based in Reading that is looking for an ambitious individual to join their busy team as a Lettings Negotiator.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to pursue a successful career in property with a well-establishedcompany.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work:

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am
6:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturdays 9:00 am 4:00 pm

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role, you must have the following:

Experience in the property industry (beneficial)
Full UK driving license
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Dynamic and selfmotivated
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail

The Lettings Negotiator's duties will include, but not be limited to:

Booking and following up on viewings
Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
Conducting viewings following company procedures
Booking valuations
Negotiation between tenants and landlords
