An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an "Estates Officer Operational Maintenance".

This Band 7 post will manage the Electrical Maintenance Team on Foresterhill site and be the recognised estates Electrical lead for NHSG.

The Post holder will be based at Foresterhill Site but will be expected to visit all sites across NHSG taking a lead role in relation to managing Electrical systems.

The Post holder will act as part of a team of Estates Officers each managing specific trade staff groups and having Lead roles in other technical disciplines.

The post holder will cover for fellow Estates Officers at time of absence. The post holder should have extensive experience of managing staff and Electrical systems.
