Bookkeeper

Salary £32,000-£34,000, Full Time, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a full-time experienced bookkeeper for our Care Home business.

Our head office is North London ( Finchley Central).

You should have knowledge and experience in using Sage 50 Account.

You should also have Good IT Skills excel and SharePoint.


Duties and Requirements of the Bookkeeper include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage 50 Accounts
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts
  • Preparing and processing invoices, credit notes and purchase/Sales orders
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Handling queries and resolving discrepancies related to financial transactions.
  • Preparing VAT Returns, if required.
  • Payroll experience would be useful.
