A market leading and fire/building safety regulations focused fire safety company are hiring a Building & Fire Regulations Litigation Consultant to add to their already impressive team.

The Building & Fire Regulations Litigation Consultant will be responsible for seeing a technical investigation through from beginning to end from initially collecting the evidence on site to preparing the final technical expert witness report and ultimatelygiving expert evidence in Court

The Role

Conducting sitebased investigations to record evidence
Preparing reports that may be in the form of a brief letter style report or in the form of a detailed, illustrated report for Court proceedings
Attending client meetings to discuss your investigation
Providing expert witness evidence in Court

The Building & Fire Regulations Litigation Consultant

Extensive experience of building construction design in relation to fire safety
Court witness box experience
Background working within a fire engineering or architectural firm
Experience of negotiating with counterparts

Salary £50,00070,000 experience dependent.
