The Role:
The role will work closely with our Stores and Logistics team in exceeding the expectations of our clients whilst maximising the benefits both in financial and reputational terms to the company.
This will be in full compliance with the pre-determined standards of safety, quality, environmental and security and the conditions of contract.
Responsibilities:
Deliverables will include
- Goods Inwards inspection of product.
- Ensuring maintenance and segregation.
- Processing of documentation through to Hand-Over.
- Key stake holder liaison (AWE / NSG Quality Functions)
- NCR management
- Coordination of product through inhouse assembly and testing meeting Quality requirements and committed required by dates.
- Conforming to HSE requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience of carrying out in Quality inspections of product and documentation.
- Reviewing purchase orders compared to delivery notes.
- Technical support in identifying products.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement
- Organising and managing data and deliverable documentation.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player.
- Experience delivering to industry standard quality requirements.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Engineering or Quality Engineering role
- Well organised with the ability to work to timescales and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical
- Experience of employment in a customer facing role
- Familiar with structuring and presentation of own work
- Used to dealing with confidential and commercial information.
- Familiar with QSHEW operating procedures and requirements etc.
- Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001 / 14001 & 4500
- Competent user of MS Office
- Able to organise and prioritise own work.
Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
