Our agency is seeking dedicated School Sports Coaches to join our team and provide coaching services to multiple schools in the Nottingham.

As a School Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching:

Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for a range of sports, including but not limited to, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, and others.

Develop and implement effective training programs, tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of each school's sports teams.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere during practices and games, ensuring all students have the opportunity to learn and excel.

Student Development:
Assess the skill levels of student-athletes and provide personalized feedback and guidance to enhance their performance.
Instill values of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among students, emphasizing character development alongside athletic skills.
Encourage a love for physical activity and healthy living among students.

Administration:
Maintain accurate records of practice schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with school staff and the agency coordinator to schedule practices, games, and transportation as needed.
Assist in the organization and coordination of school sports events and tournaments.

Safety and Compliance:

Prioritize the safety and well-being of student-athletes, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with coaching certifications and any relevant changes in sports rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience, preferably in a school or youth sports setting.
Knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical fitness.
Appropriate coaching certifications and qualifications (if required in the region).

Salary:
£91.66-£98.77 per day

Schedule:
