Ben Hughes Engineering are seeking Production Operators/Machine Operators to work on a Mini Continental shift system (12 hour shifts).

Successful applicants will be required to attend an interview and health screening.

Duties of the role:

You will be required to demonstrate flexibility in the role, which will encompass the operation of various machines to include manual millers. You will be trained to use various pieces of measuring equipment and how this information is to be recorded and interpreted.

You will be required to have an excellent attendance and timekeeping record, and be able to provide a reference from your previous employer.

Requirements:

Previous production/manufacturing/engineering experience would be an advantage
Work 5 days per week / 40hrs average with flexibility to work overtime as and when required
Recent work history
Adhere to Health and Safety
Hit required targets and achieve a consistent high standard of performance with a zero defect approach
Good communication skills
A willingness to learn
Own Transport
