Richmond Hall Care Home is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Walsall.

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the daily operations of the kitchen. This individual will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and restaurant quality.

Requirements:

1+ year(s) of previous experience in a similar role

Knowledge of health and safety guidelines for working in a kitchen
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, repeatably
Strong attention to detail
Multitasking abilities in a busy restaurant environment
Working at elevated heights
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a kitchen environment
Must have physical ability, including lifting, bending and reaching
Must have good judgment, work ethic, and energy
Able to work with under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
